Nimlok
This project started as a speculative buildout and comprehensive building upgrade, revitalizing a 1950s structure in need of major modernization. Titan was engaged to bring the building up to contemporary standards, beginning with extensive sewer replacements and the installation of a new concrete floor slab. We also replaced outdated rooftop units and restored the wood roof deck. Midway through renovations, Nimlok signed on as a tenant, leading to an expanded scope and an accelerated timeline to meet their operational needs. Titan adapted swiftly to deliver a fully modernized space, blending historic character with 21st-century functionality.
