For Mullins Food Products, Titan completed an 80,000-square-foot expansion to their manufacturing and distribution facility in Broadview. The site presented challenges, including limited space due to stormwater retention requirements. Titan proposed an innovative solution with an underground water retention system beneath the parking lot, maximizing site usability. Another key aspect of the project involved connecting the new precast structure with the existing steel frame building. To achieve this, Titan installed insulated cooler panels on the original exterior wall, ensuring a food-grade finish while keeping Mullins Food Products fully operational throughout construction. The result is a seamless, expanded facility designed for efficiency and longevity.
