Titan began with essential repairs to the wooden bow trusses and comprehensive utility enhancements. When CBS was confirmed as the tenant, the project evolved to include a specialized buildout to accommodate their specific requirements, including the addition of an elevator to comply with Chicago building codes. Each phase was carefully executed to ensure the space met all structural and regulatory standards, delivering a well-prepared, code-compliant environment for CBS.
