Alft Lane

Alft Lane is another Lakeview Realty property located in Elgin. This building was constructed as a spec building, purchased by Lakeview shortly after the shell construction was completed. Titan constructed the buildout for Champion Lighting, the buildings first tenant. The pictures below are from Titan’s building exterior renovation. This consisted of curtain wall repairs, precast panel caulking, canopy construction, and painting of the building exterior.
