LBP Manufacturing

Titan was commissioned to transform a former Morton’s Steakhouse location at Westbrook Corporate Center into a fully functional workspace for LBP Manufacturing. This project began with a complete demolition of the existing restaurant interior, making way for a customized buildout to support LBP’s product development needs. Titan constructed a state-of-the-art test kitchen for product testing, a dedicated tasting area for market research, and office space tailored for research and development. The result is a versatile and dynamic environment that enables LBP to innovate and refine their products within a space designed specifically for their operational goals.
